•Hong Kong: Complimentary shipping for orders over HKD 2300, otherwise HKD 50 flat rate
•Rest of World: Complimentary shipping for orders over USD 300, otherwise USD 30 flat rate

Taxes & Duties
 
All product prices on www.thebellaya.com are exclusive of taxes and duties.
To provide a seamless shopping experience, an 18% “Tax & Duty Handling Fee” will be added at checkout.
This fee covers import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and clearance charges through our courier partners (e.g., SF Express, DHL, FedEx).
As a result, no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

•Customers are advised to provide a secure delivery address.
•Refused deliveries will incur deductions from your refund, including original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees.
•We are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs, courier errors, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
 
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items meet the following conditions:
•Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
•All original tags and packaging attached

Return Approval
•All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Care team.
•Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their own expense.
 
Return Shipping & Fees

•We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Orbit Tree Limited is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds
•Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, minus the 18% Tax & Duty Handling Fee and original shipping fees.

Exchanges
